Wonderful restaurant with great staff and great food. Everything I've tried on the menu has been delicious. If they ever do their pulled pork it is a must try! Would highly recommend this place.
The Chefs from Sol catered an 120 person event for us at the last minute- we were so grateful that they were up for it, even with only a week’s notice! The food was fab, and very reasonable prices as we are a non-profit organization. The Chefs provided a lot of diversity for different appetites and dietary restrictions. Chef Michael is a pleasure to work with, very professional and accommodating, going the extra mile to help make the event run smoothly. The guests were very impressed with the soup, especially the squash! Thank you for catering for us, we will be reaching out for catering again for sure!

The restaurant is a super nice place with a great location in Victoria. On top of that, the staff are very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. My favorites are the BBQ Box and the Beef Lasagna. We also hired their catering service to celebrate a soccer championship, and it was amazing! The food was incredibly tasty.

Well what a lovely-find- My sista and I were walking baby-boo aka baby bear, booboo bear...the cat in a buggy along the Gorge walkway, we were looking out for "cafe" as we the French would say- when we spotted suns, yellow suns we followed and led us into the Sol fine foods, a marvelous little quaint shop! We were greeted with smiles and took it upon ourselves to look everywhere, as there was so much to see! The food portions, large and looking divinely delicious! The prices were quite decent and we settled for a cafe and a macha- There was brown sugar, cream, milk mmmmm what a treat! We made inquiries about their fries, which we were told were made from scratch, the foods in the shop are mostly sourced locally, a feature which is definitely much appreciated. I have a feeling they will be around for a while....next time, a wrap, fries,another cafe and a picnic somewhere around the beautiful walkway!
